How can you help?
Tell your Members of Congress that you support keeping hemp-derived THC-infused beverages sold through responsible, regulated retailers.
It takes less than 10 seconds to make your voice heard. Simply fill out the information and send.
What Happened?
The Federal government will ban ALL hemp-derived THC Beverages from retail shelves Dec. 11th unless Congress acts quickly. If nothing happens, your favorite alternative drinks will become illegal to sell anywhere.
What has to change?
The U.S. needs a sensible regulatory framework to keep these products legal and sold responsibly. A ban will create a dangerous, unregulated underground market that threatens public safety. Federal regulation must ensure products are kept available to consumers 21 and older and sold safely through licensed wholesalers and retailers.
Thank you.

As your constituent, I urge you to support a responsible federal framework for the regulation of low-dose hemp-derived THC beverages and to act before December 11th. A federal ban will be harmful to your constituents, local businesses and public safety.

For too long, policymakers have been faced with a false choice between an unregulated marketplace and an outright ban. There is a better path—one that protects consumers while establishing clear, commonsense rules for responsible businesses.

For generations, Americans have trusted licensed beverage retailers to sell age-restricted products safely and responsibly. They verify age, follow strict regulations, and are accountable to state regulators. That proven system should also be the foundation for regulating low-dose hemp-derived THC beverages.

The same stores. The same standards. The same accountability.

Congress should act now to establish a framework that:
•	Limits sales to adults 21 and older; bans synthetics;
•	Requires mandatory product testing and accurate labeling;
•	Ensures products are sold through licensed wholesalers and retailers; and
•	Creates clear federal standards while preserving states’ ability to regulate these products responsibly.

Responsible retailers already have the systems, training, and safeguards needed to sell age-restricted products safely. Congress should build on that proven model—not create a new one.

Please support a federal framework that protects consumers, preserves adult access to low-dose hemp-derived THC beverages, and ensures these products are sold through trusted, licensed retailers. Consumers deserve safe products, responsible retailers, and clear rules that keep these products out of the hands of minors.

Thank you for your service and for considering my views.
