Fellow investor warriors, we have been working hard for two years on HB 93 in an effort to stop municipalities from coming after YOU for utility bills that belong to your residents! We only have five months to get this over the finish line and we need your help!
Last year we succesfully navigated this bill through the House and this year we need it through the Senate and on to the Governor. Our first step is to get it voted out of committee.
