The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is accepting public comments on Pennsylvania’s draft Transportation Improvement Program, which is the official list of transportation projects slated for funding over the next four fiscal years. 
The draft list includes a record number of priority projects across all five Pennsylvania counties in the Circuit Trails network and the highest amount of funds programmed toward the Circuit and Circuit-adjacent projects that will connect to the network. Every funded mile is a major step toward completing 550 miles of Circuit Trails by 2030. 
The plan isn’t final yet, and public comments matter. 
Send a comment to the DVRPC board by June 22 at 5 p.m. to show your support for adopting these trail investments in the final plan.

3. Develop a solution that will accurately categorize TIP funding by mode to determine the percentage of TIP funds allocated to regionally significant bicycle/pedestrian projects. Currently, the TIP tags projects as bicycle/pedestrian in its online “search” feature, but it is not possible to tabulate the full amount of funding those projects comprise.

4. Please update the project description for the Delaware River Bridge Replacement project to include the shared-use path in the Alternatives Analysis to following MPMS#:

5. Please include the Circuit Trails map layer to the Project Layers in the interactive online map.
