Right now, Minnesota state lawmakers are working to finalize their omnibus bills, and we need your help to tell them that we need to invest in Housing Infrastructure Bonds (HIBs) to preserve and develop affordable housing across Minnesota.&nbsp;
With additional resources, we know that we can get more Minnesotans into housing. Since 2012, HIBs have built or preserved more than 9,600 units of affordable housing across the state.
With your support of HIBs, we can make sure that every Minnesotan has access to a safe and affordable home!

Tell Lawmakers to Invest $100 Million in Bonds for Housing!

I am a concerned constituent and housing advocate, and I am asking you to support and invest $100 million in Housing Infrastructure Bonds (HIB) in the upcoming legislative session. HIBs are a proven tool to address Minnesota's housing crisis, helping to build and preserve affordable housing units across the state for families, seniors, and individuals in need.

Since 2012, HIBs have allowed us to build more than 9,600 units of affordable housing across Minnesota. Without investing in HIBs, this magnitude of development would not have been possible.

We know that Minnesota has made progress in addressing our housing needs, but there is still so much more to be done.. By prioritizing Housing Infrastructure Bonds in this year’s budget we can get more Minnesotans housing that they can afford.
