Support the HELP Act
Ask your members of Congress to co-sponsor and support the Human Services Emergency Logistics Program Act (HELP Act) of 2023.
In the wake of COVID-19, social service needs have increased for millions of Americans and existing challenges have worsened for millions more.
That is why the Human Services Emergency Logistics Program Act (HELP Act) of 2023 is vital. It will provide funding to further build out 211 (the service that refers people to essential community resources) and 988 (the suicide and crisis lifeline) to scale up the response to the country’s mental health and social services crises.
Will you ask your members of Congress to co-sponsor and support the HELP Act of 2023? Offices track constituent outreach, and your voice really does make a difference.
You can help in two ways — just choose a tab at the top of the action center to the right.
- Call your U.S. representative and senators. It’s the best way for you to make an impact, because congressional staffs log these calls.
- Email your members of Congress.
