This bill is significant because it releases valuable data on mental health calls in New York city and determines how many calls B-HEARD responds to verses police/EMS.&nbsp;
Data will be released about which neighborhoods B-HEARD shows up in most, how many calls they respond to, and general response times for mental health emergency will become public. This bill will provide important data for determining where the city needs to improve its mental health service response system.
