I am a constituent from your district. I am writing to urge you to vote YES on H.R. 6998, the Renewed Hope Act of 2026, a landmark legislation in the fight against child sexual exploitation in America.

The numbers are devastating. The United States hosts more Child Sexual Abuse Material online than any other country in the world, accounting for approximately 30% of all CSAM URLs globally. In 2024 alone, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children reported a 192% increase in online enticement reports, and a staggering 1,325% increase in AI-generated child exploitation content. These are not abstract statistics — they represent real children, suffering in silence every single day.

As Tim Tebow testified before the Senate: "Our country's most precious and vulnerable lives have been forgotten. Every day, these children lose hope... We have the tools and the expertise, we just have to commit the resources and the will to act."

The Renewed Hope Act of 2026 does exactly that. This bill provides law enforcement agencies with the analysts, investigators, and critical resources they need to identify and rescue children who are being exploited right now. The proof of concept is already there: through just three operational sprints under Operation Renewed Hope, more than 1,100 children were identified and over 550 were rescued.
